This book was very helpful. I think that the chapters are written well so that if you need to concentrate on a specific aspect of a deposition, the chapter will give you insight without leaving you at a loss if you did not read the whole book from cover to cover. It also provides very good opening and closing paragraphs so that you understand what are the key takeaways.The frequent examples in the book are used over and over. So, when speaking about how to get past a difficult deponent/witness, they will use the same car accident facts, or another scene fact scenario. This is helpful because you get to see the differences between techniques, but it is also a little difficult if you need help deposing a witness with a different set of facts. Some more fact diversity would have been helpful.The quality of the book is nice, it is not flimsy for a softcover where you feel like the pages will bend. It is a wholesome sized book, while easy to hold.
